Patterson-Kelley has recently migrated our billing system to a new platform. This will result in a different look and feel to all financial communications. This does not affect the way in which we handle these processes, nor does it change how you would communicate questions or concerns.
This is only to inform you that communications from Patterson-Kelley may now look different. Invoices, order acknowledgments, and purchase orders will be on an updated form, but all relevant information is still available on these documents.
The sales portal available on the rep website will be shut down for maintenance end of business Friday 7/2 and will come back online on 7/7 in the afternoon. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to your primary contact at Patterson-Kelley.
