We Offer Training to Ensure that our Representatives and Technicians are P-K Product Experts!

We’ve expanded our Training & Education Center, which provides value-added services in a hands-on learning environment. The Training & Education Center houses state-of-the-art equipment designed to enhance the learning experience. Also, it is equipped with our full line of condensing and non-condensing boilers to create a real-world environment so trainees can work efficiently and effectively. The multi-use facility includes a workroom and classroom area to accommodate lectures, hands-on demonstrations, and brainstorming sessions.

The Training & Education Center trains students on the entire P-K brand portfolio, from product selection all the way to final installation and annual maintenance. Our expert instructors are on staff to review every product option. Additionally, the center arms trainees with the skills and knowledge to make key business decisions.

Patterson-Kelley is now offering some 2-day digital training sessions. The PK Maintenance Classes include all gas-fired appliances manufactured by PK. This certification is designed to introduce technicians to our product offering and provide maintenance training for individuals with units they have in the buildings they are supporting. This is an addition to our in-person class structure for those who may not be performing initial equipment start up but need to understand the maintenance required for our products. Patterson-Kelley is now offering Virtual Recertification Courses. The PK Digital Certification Classes include all gas-fired appliances manufactured by PK. This certification is designed to re-certify technicians to our product offering and provide service training for individuals with units they have in the buildings they are supporting. It is a supplement to our in-person class structure for those who may not be able to make it into our East Stroudsburg Training Facility. When you sign up you will be assigned a place in queue based off of when requests are received to be assigned recertification course access.
