Started as Benjamin F. Kelley & Company in 1880, Patterson-Kelley has evolved over the years, adapting to lead the marketplace. The company’s first product, feed-water heaters, introduced pioneering technology with tube bundles.
In 1917, Frank L. Patterson merged with Kelley to form Patterson-Kelley Company Incorporated. After World War II, the company’s focus shifted from storage water heaters, to more the complicated, custom-engineered heat exchangers and other heat transfer products. In 1987, the company entered the gas-fired commercial boiler industry.
This outstanding level of innovation continues, even today, in all of our PK products! Don’t believe us?
